Knifefree4life is a non-profit awareness campaign, which aims to raise youth awareness about the dangers of knife crime through an engaging fantastic travelling arts roadshow, to be performed regionally in schools and across youth centres. Knifefree4life will be an audiovisual extravaganza which, by utilising aspects of the arts and sport, aims to educate and entertain the public by way of an eclectic travelling production. We also aim to follow up by running workshops in the arts/sports disciplines viewed in the show. We aim to involve various performances, including theatre, dance, street music, sports as well as cutting edge rear-projected animation in collaboration with the Lincoln School of Art & Design.
Paul Mutagejja is a registered volunteer and a young ambassador for the Prince's Trust he is aware of how important it is to give back to the community. His goal is to help young people realise that carrying a knife can have serious consequences. His aim is to engage the audience by speaking through the arts, and in a language which is engaging to young people; through Live Peformance, Theatre, Drama, Street Music, Dance and Animation.
